How We See It

In this series, I use layered acrylic paint, drawing influence from Hannah Jensen's intricate methods.  The title "How we see it" reflects back on the mechanics of how we view things, while also referring to how we look at things. This work represents the multiplicity of perspectives, emphasizing how different individuals perceive the same subject in unique ways. The design reflects photos of the retina, this design reflects the unique ways each of us see things as the eye is such a dynamic organ.
